Accommodation request – Residence Le Benedettine

Residence Le Benedettine is the guesthouse of the University of Pisa.

Accommodation is reserved exclusively for students, lecturers/professors, researchers and participants in activities organised and managed by the University of Pisa.

This form is used to verify that the stay request falls within the permitted categories and to allow the residence to evaluate your request correctly.

When to use this form

This procedure is intended for individual bookings. Before receiving a quotation, the guest must declare under their own responsibility that the stay is requested for activities connected with the University of Pisa.

Before you start

To complete the request correctly, you will need:

a valid identity document;
the guest’s personal details;
the reason for the stay and its connection with the University of Pisa;
the requested dates and number of guests;
the handwritten signature to add at the end of the form.

Attach the document

Upload a valid identity document so that the request can be verified.

Sign and submit

Add your handwritten signature and submit the request. After verification, you will receive the quotation if applicable.

Important information about individual bookings

Individual bookings are normally paid by the guest. If payment must be made by a Department or another institutional body, please send an email to info@residence.unipi.it.

Once your request has been validated, you will receive a quotation to be confirmed according to the residence policy. To confirm the booking, payment for the first night may be required through the online payment system.
