Practical information for your stay, from arrival to departure.
Arrival and check-in
You can check in at any time. Reception is open every day from 8:00 to 24:00; at night, arrivals are handled by resident staff.
Always let us know your expected arrival time and bring a valid identity document: it is required for registration.
In your room
Bed linen and towels are provided. Rooms are cleaned three times a week.
Your key card opens the door and switches on the room’s power and climate control.
Internet
eduroam Wi-Fi covers the whole building. Rooms also have a wired network socket: ask reception for login details.
Laundry and common areas
On the ground floor you will find the coin-operated laundry and the lounge with vending machines and a microwave. The study room is on the first floor.
By car
There are 5 parking spaces in the garden, entered from Via San Paolo 72 inside the limited traffic zone: reception registers your number plate on arrival. Spaces are limited, so ask in advance.
Payment and tourist tax
The balance of your stay and the Pisa tourist tax are paid at the Residence.
